The boys were really helpful n very knowledgable about possible problems.
Vic took the time to explain to my husband the options available to us for changing our transmission fluid. We recently bought the vehicle and have no history of its maintenance records. He also indicated that the air filter had some debris in it but could wait until our next visit for replacement. There was no sales pitch for us to do anything immediately and we appreciated his honesty and integrity. Everyone there is always professional and friendly.

Friendly. Plus, they've been very helpful and reliable ever since I've been going there, several years now actually. Also, they don't try to force unnecessary services on you.
The people here are very friendly. They won't cheat you (as most of the auto repair shop). I always search on internet and read about possible issue, before taking my vehicle to repair shop. My minivan would shook randomly at high speed. I couldn't find any specific solution on internet to my problem. The problem in my van was so unique and very specific. Zack (manager) inspected my van thoroughly and didn’t find the problem at first. I went back to him again after couple of days and at that point he found the problem and fixed it. Great job!!
We have been using them for our oil changes for at least 14 years and their customer service is still that of small family business! They care!
